RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returned Items Condition:

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. For non-defective items, the box seal should remain unbroken, and the item should be unused.

Refund and Returns Policy Duration:

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Items Condition:

For Non-Defective Items: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

For Defective Items: The item should be returned with the box and all original accessories.

Exchange:

You have the option to exchange an item within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Method:

You can return your item by sending it via mail or by visiting our store in person.

Restocking Fee:

No restocking fee is item is returned in seal pack and un-used condition.

Refund Process:

Once we have received the returned item and inspected its condition, the refund will be processed within 5 working days for items that qualify for a refund.

 

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned at Nadbuy.com. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
